Our first pick is a simple one, the Mini 3 Pro does not come with a prop protector like the predecessor the Mini 2 (fly more) We believe this is an essential accessories for your drone.

Startrc - Hard protective case - Waterproof
I good sturdy case should always be one of the first accessories thought about when owning a new drone. We get to test lots of cases here at The Drone Hangar and we are always impressed with the brand 'Startrc' they make good, reliable accessories for most makes of drone.

This accessory is often over looked when you get a new drone. After using the Mini 3 Pro now for many flights, we have found this to be one of the most useful accessories we own.
You may have noticed that with the Mini 3 Pro, when powered on and doings its self testing, the gimbal / camera can sometimes foul the ground or whatever you may have the drone on, there is not very much clearance to the ground.
This is especially true if you are trying to take off from grass areas.
The landing pad solves this issue for you, making it easier to take off and land from pretty much anywhere. We have many times now laid this on the grass and taken off with our Mini 3 Pro and the gimbal has not grass to obstruct it.
The added bonus of a landing pad is that it can also make your drones return to home feature more accurate. When returning to home the drone uses the lower sensors to detect the ground and location (as well as GPS) with the landing pad it can make it more accurate to return to the landing pad as it can physically see with the sensors the pad that it took off from.
If you not have a foldable landing pad already then we highly recommend one :)

Skyreat ND filters for DJI Mini 3 Pro
This one kind of goes without saying, if you own a drone then you are going to want to pick up a set of ND filters.
ND Filters basically work like a pair of sunglasses work for your eyes, they block the amount of light through the lens, this allows you to shoot in bright light without over exposing, there are many benefits to a set of ND filters.
Again, here at The Drone Hangar, we have used a lot of ND filters over time and some sets are just not as good as others.
