Battery exchange service for DJI Spark

**This is an exchange service for your faulty battery to a working battery**

This service will exchange your non charging Spark battery for a fully working battery.

When a DJI Spark battery has not been used for some time they can often slip in to a hibernation mode, this then does not allow the battery to charge or work. 
If this has happened to your battery(s) then this exchange service is for you. 

We will not accept damaged, swollen or cracked batteries.
This is only for batteries that no longer charge when connected to the DJI Charger (or show 2 LEDS but wont charge further)

How does the exchange work?
It is a simple process, you simply purchase on our website and then send your battery in to us, once here we will send out on a fast delivery a replacement, working battery, the battery will not be one that has been repaired or had any work carried out on it, it will be a working, good condition battery, ready to get you up and flying again.

Once purchased on our website you will receive an email with details of where to send your battery.
